Frequently asked questions
Do I need a 4bowl account to book online?
Yes. Sign in with an existing 4bowl account or create a new one. You must activate a new account through the email you receive before you can complete the booking.
When is my bowling booking confirmed?
After you complete the process successfully, 4bowl sends a confirmation email. Check your spam folder too, and keep the confirmation for your visit.
Do I have to pay during online booking?
No. The online system does not take payment. The paid bowling contract is concluded and payment is made at Berolina when you visit.
How do I book for a larger group or an event?
You can book individual lanes and packages available in the system directly online. For larger groups, corporate events, Christmas parties or the private VIP Lounge, use the event enquiry.
What can I do if the booking system does not load?
Start the system again or open the booking through the direct link offered in a new window. For general questions, you can reach Berolina by phone or email.
